After you have contacted me by mail, I will answer you as soon as possible in order to exchange further information and the actual photograph.
An order will only be accepted and executed if you agree with the final price quotation. You will receive that final quotation when I have received your photograph(s) per email.

Terms and Conditions

When accepting an order, I will have the following conditions:

orders will be principally handled in following order of receipt of the confirming order email. Urgent orders will only be accepted if possible and after due consultation with me. Delivery can then take place within two weeks time. Urgent orders will involve a surcharge (see above).
The copyrights of the drawn portrait will remain with me. I may use the portrait drawing for publication or promotion. If you explicitly object to this because of valid reasons, I can refrain from this right. The agreement on this objection must be in writing.
If the portrait does not meet your satisfaction, you do not have to purchase it. The drawing will then remain in my possession and I will keep the right to use it for promotional purposes (i.e. for instance, placing a photograph of it on this page and on my facebook page).
For an order over € 140,- an advance payment of €25,- will be required. As soon as this payment is transferred to the stated bank account, I will start with the portrait. In case of non-purchase, this amount will not be refunded.
Your provided data will only be used for stated purposes (emailing, shipping). The provided data will not be provided to third parties.
