PRICES
Standard pricing
My hourly rate amounts to €12,-. A standard monochrome (black & white) A4 portrait (one person) takes 8 hours on average to be drawn.
Therefore, standard prices are as follows:
- standard monochrome A4 portrait: € 89,-
- standard monochrome A3 portrait: € 129,-
Color pencil drawings are more time consuming and work intensive, therefore pricing is as follows:
- standard color A4 portrait: €109,-
- standard color A3 portrait: €149,-
(a standard portrait is a portrait depicting one person/face down to shoulder height)
Surcharge per extra person
It is possible to order a portrait with more than one person:
- an A4portrait can contain up to 2 persons max.
- an A3-portrait can contain up to 4 persons max.
Per extra head/face, a surcharge of € 30,- will be invoiced.
Calculation example for 3 persons on A3:
€ 129,- (standard cost of an A3 monochrome portrait) + € 60,- ( 2 extra persons à € 30,-) = € 189,-
Possible extra charges
Extra charges may be invoiced for:
- work intensive/special backgrounds.
- (Part of) the body of the portrayed person (more than just the head).
- Special additions such as a teddy bear, brides bouquet, certain accessories (hats, necklaces).
- Urgent orders (you will find more information on this here).
- Framing: A4 frame (silver-colored): € 10,- (shipping as parcel necessary).
A3 frame (silver-colored): € 15,- (shipping as parcel necessary.
Advance Payment
For an order of more than € 140,- an advance payment of €25,- will be necessary. As soon as this amount is transferred to my account, I will start with the order. Should you refrain from the purchase because of non-satisfaction of the portrait, this amount will not be refunded due to invested material and working hours.
Special wishes
Should you have special wishes regarding a portrait/drawing or desire a painting (acrylic), please contact me. I will assess the cost of your wishes and order and make a special quotation for you.
